Remember the Wonder

  You can look at the faces of children and see the wonder in their eyes! It’s a mix of awe, anticipation, beauty, and joy all wrapped up tightly in the expectation of the unknown. For seasons of our adult life, we replace delight with dread smothering it with cost, impossible wish lists, work demands, family pressures and personal struggles. We emerge from Thanksgiving, already loading our emotional backpack with the multifaceted weight of Christmas. But wait, it doesn’t have to be like that this year!
