Life of Gratitude

  Here you are – tired, stressed about finances, health, relationships or possibly your work or grades. It’s easy to get uptight about things, even those that are a distance away. All of this becomes a distraction, not that they are imaginary but rather because they are all so real. It is not a fix all, but the practice of gratitude gets you thinking other real things! Good things, blessings, sunshine brightening your morning, laughter that reached your ears and brought a smile to your face. Taking even stop light time to verbalize things your thankful for or at the end of the day writing a few lines of good things God brought to you. No One can make you be grateful it is an offensive step to push back darkness and depression. How are you nourishing a life of gratitude?
