Run to the Father
I was recently reading a ‘Missing Teen’ alert on social media. Although I don’t know any details why this individual decided to run away, it does become concerning and worrisome. We can often take a stack of moments, place them on the scale of decision and run based on the emotional scale tipping realities we feel. It can seem like the best/easiest, quickest relief option we have but it often complicates our lives greater than it placing us in a better, healthier, safer environment. Have you ever thought of running away? Running from your job, marriage, children, parents, family, problems or yourself? In these moments it may be difficult to remember, hard to hear your Heavenly Father whispering your name to come home. This Sunday can be that voice . . .
